Mustard Glazed Bacon
- 24 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Champagne Mustard
This would also be a wonderful glaze for baked ham.
- Place bacon slices on rack in two aluminum foil lined 11x15-inch jelly-roll pans. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness, turning after 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix brown sugar and mustard together. Remove bacon from oven and spread 1 teaspoon mustard mixture over each bacon slice. Return bacon to oven and continue baking 2 minutes or until bubbly. Remove bacon from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
