These savory waffles are a great way to use
leftover mashed potatoes!
Preparation time: 20 minutes
To make, start by heating your waffle iron. Combine the
- ½ cup Lunds
& Byerlys Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup mashed
- Chopped chives
- Chopped cooked
Once the waffle iron is ready, spray it with cooking spray
and pour the batter into the iron. Close and wait until waffle is browned and
baked through. Delicious served with fried chicken from our deli!
