Lunds & Byerlys Announces New Officer

Edina, Minn. (August 25, 2017) – Lunds & Byerlys has invested in new executive talent with the hiring of Pam Osborn to fill the company’s new role of chief financial officer. She will officially join the company on September 18.

Osborn has extensive background working with strategic planning and organizational leadership, growth and expansion, financial modeling and analysis, and budgeting and forecasting. As CFO at Lunds & Byerlys, Osborn will oversee finance, human resources and information services, and play a significant role in ensuring the company continues to drive growth and reinvestment.

She was most recently president and chief operating officer at Sherman Associates, Inc. , an award‐winning development firm specializing in the design, construction and financing of residential and hotel properties in multiple states. Prior to that she was the chief administrative officer at CSM, Corp., a privately held real estate firm managing millions of square feet of commercial and residential properties throughout the country. She also served for four years as chief financial officer with grocery retailer Coborn’s, Inc.

Osborn received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn., and her master’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. She earned a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and has a bachelor’s degree in project management from Stanford University in California. Pam also served on the Federal Reserve’s small business advisory group.
