Longevity Noodle Salmon Salad
- 1 quart Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Longevity Noodle Salad
- 1 pint Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Asian Marinated Vegetables
- 1 pound Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Maple Soy Salmon
- 1 1/2 cups Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Fried Wonton Strips
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- In large mixing bowl, combine noodle salad and marinated vegetables. Remove and discard skin from salmon. Break salmon into bite-sized chunks; gently stir into noodle salad mixture.
- Sprinkle wonton strips and sesame seeds over all.
