If you haven’t tried this award-winning artisan cheese, you’re missing out. Called a “must-try” by Food and Wine Magazine, Friesago is made by hand in small batches on the Read family farm in Nerstrand, Minnesota. Made from sheep milk, Friesago is dense and mild, with a slightly nutty finish – delicious for snacking and great as a cooking cheese, too.
