Here’s an easy holiday appetizer using Man Cave bacon cheeseburger mini brats:

Grown Up Hogs in a Blanket

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) Man Cave bacon cheeseburger mini brats
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and rolled out
  • 1 egg

Directions 
Preheat oven to 400 F. Add small layer of water to a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add mini brats to pan and cook on all sides until cooked thoroughly (160 F internal temp). 

Cut puff pastry sheets to fit mini brats. Roll each mini brat in puff pastry and place on a greased baking sheet. Beat egg in a small dish and brush over pastry. Bake until pastry is golden brown and puffed, about 20 minutes.
