Local Pick: Joia Soda
This sparkling soda is made right here in Minnesota. JOIA’s founder, Bob, observed all of the interesting cocktail combinations of fruits, herbs and spices and wondered why no one was doing something like this with soda. Friends were consulted, a mixologist joined the team…and before long, they launched Boundary Water Brands.
Together, they created over a hundred soda recipes, made from scratch with all-natural ingredients…and then they recruited family and friends to test the drinks. The result: Six tantalizing flavors like Pineapple-Coconut-Nutmeg and Lime-Hibiscus-Clove.
