L&B Corn on the Cob Seasoning

Featuring a smoky blend of salt, garlic, pepper, sugar and onion with a hint of hickory, our Signature Corn on the Cob Seasoning is delicious on corn on the cob…but that’s not all! Here are four delicious serving suggestions:

Traditional Corn on the Cob: For simply the best grilled corn on the cob, roll the corn in butter the traditional way, then sprinkle with L&B Corn on the Cob Seasoning – or just mix the seasoning with melted butter and brush on the hot corn on the cob.

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes: Place cherry tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with L&B Corn on the Cob Seasoning. Roast for 35 minutes at 375 F. You can top with a sprinkle of parsley to add a pop of green color. Great side dish for our new Empire Strip Steak – ask for it in our meat department!

Sautéed Zoodles: Heat 2 tablespoons of L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet; add “zoodles” (zucchini noodles) and sauté. As the zoodles cook, sprinkle with L&B Corn on the Cob Seasoning. A delicious light side dish served with roasted or grilled chicken.

Mixed Summer Veggies: Grill or roast a combination of corn, chopped asparagus and chopped red pepper drizzled with L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with L&B Corn on the Cob Seasoning and serve.
