Kalbi Pork Sheet Pan Dinner
This simple meal comes together in a snap, thanks to our delicious Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin and ready-to-cook veggies from our produce department, all cooked on one pan for easy cleanup!
Preparation time: 45 minutes
1 (14-ounce) container L&B Sweet Potato Cubes
1 (12-ounce) container L&B Brussels Sprouts with Roasting Carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- Heat oven to 425 F. Line medium sheet pan with parchment or foil.
- Add vegetables to sheet pan. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Move veggies to the sides and add Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin to the center of the pan.
- Bake 25-35 minutes, until meat reaches an internal temperatures of 160 F with a meat thermometer.
