Kalbi Pork Sheet Pan Dinner

This simple meal comes together in a snap, thanks to our delicious Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin and ready-to-cook veggies from our produce department, all cooked on one pan for easy cleanup!

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) container L&B Sweet Potato Cubes
1 (12-ounce) container L&B Brussels Sprouts with Roasting Carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 F. Line medium sheet pan with parchment or foil.
  2. Add vegetables to sheet pan. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Move veggies to the sides and add Butchers Kitchen Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin to the center of the pan.
  4. Bake 25-35 minutes, until meat reaches an internal temperatures of 160 F with a meat thermometer.
