What:
Noted Irish cookbook author Margaret Johnson will make an exclusive appearance March 7-8 at
Byerly’s in St. Louis Park.

On March 7, she will team with Rachel Gaffney and Joan Donatelle to teach a cooking class from 6 to 7 p.m. During the class, entitled “An Irish Feast,” the trio will prepare Endive & Irish Blue Cheese Canapés, Lamb cutlets with Honey, Apricot and Tarron Sauce, Turnips Anna Livia and Rachel Gaffney’s Irish Shortbread Banoffi Pie. On March 8, Margaret will sign copies of her cookbooks from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Many of her books will be available for purchase at the event, including The New Irish Table, Irish Puddings, Tarts, Crumbles & Fools, The Irish Pub Cookbook, and The Irish Spirit. There is no cost to attend the booksigning, and advance registration is not required.
