Hasselback Chicken

We’re already huge fans of Hasselback Potatoes and Hasselback Tomatoes, but now it’s time to take it to the next level … with Hasselback Chicken!

Start by heating the oven to 350 F. Make 5 slices on the bias on each boneless, skinless chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.

Place slices of fresh mozzarella and chopped spinach into the cuts. Sprinkle each chicken breast with Lunds & Byerlys Pizza Seasoning.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with our spicy-sweet L&B Sriracha Pasta Sauce. Place chicken breasts on top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
