This fantastic local distiller is part of the revival of small craft batch distilling in Minnesota.
Millers & Saints celebrates the great taste of local ingredients and the bold flavors of a bygone era. As their name suggests, they embrace the history of Minneapolis’ grain milling and the darker side of Saint Paul, founded as a bootleggers camp before attaining its saintly status.
Their handcrafted vodka is distilled using water from the Land of 10,000 Lakes and fine Midwestern-grown grain. Their secret blend of grains are milled on-site and brewed into a strong, smooth mash with the help of their neighbors, Steel Toe Brewing. Each bottle is hand corked and sealed.
The vodka is made without any shortcuts or big industry automation – just grain, yeast, water and the distillers’ sense.
