Gustola Granola founder Angela Gustafson is a runner and a mom who’s passionate about health and loves to cook. She started off making granola for her active family of six, using natural ingredients that they love, before launching Gustola Granola at the Linden Hills Farmers Market in Minneapolis. It was met with such an enthusiastic response that before long she began selling it at local food co-ops – and now you can find Gustola Granola at all Lunds & Byerlys locations, too!
This crispy, crunchy granola is wheat-free and made with organic whole grains, packed with toasted oats, dried fruit and nuts. It’s great for breakfast or as an on-the-go snack, available in 4 delicious varieties:
