Grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
These delicious stuffed mushrooms are wonderful as a side dish or as a light main course.
- Lunds & Byerlys veggie pack, available in our meat & seafood department
- Smoked Gouda, available in our deli
- Portobello mushrooms, available in our produce department
- Grill the Lunds & Byerlys veggie pack according to package directions.
- Grate the smoked Gouda and add it to the inside of each portobello.
- Top the cheese with the grilled veggies.
- Top with additional shredded Gouda.
- Grill mushrooms at 350 F for around 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
