Grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

These delicious stuffed mushrooms are wonderful as a side
dish or as a light main course.

Ingredients

  • Lunds &
    Byerlys veggie pack, available in our meat & seafood department
  • Smoked
    Gouda, available in our deli
  • Portobello mushrooms,
    available in our produce department

Directions

  1. Grill the
    Lunds & Byerlys veggie pack according to package directions.
  2. Grate the
    smoked Gouda and add it to the inside of each portobello.
  3. Top the
    cheese with the grilled veggies.
  4. Top with
    additional shredded Gouda.
  5. Grill
    mushrooms at 350 F for around 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
