Grilled Salmon with Avocado Mango Salsa

- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoons cumin
- ¼ teaspoons salt
- Avocado Mango Salsa:
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice from 1 lime
- ½ teaspoons salt
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt.

Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.

Grease the grill grates with oil.

Heat the grill to medium-high heat.

Once the grill is hot, place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down.

Cook for 5 minutes and then flip, cooking another 3 to 5 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.

Serve topped with Avocado Mango Salsa.

Combine all the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
