Grilled Pork Chops, Apples & Fennel

Start by heating your grill to medium-high. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and season on both sides with Lunds & Byerlys Signature Pork Seasoning. Grill over direct heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then continue grilling over indirect heat, turning occasionally until internal temperature of chops reaches 145 – 160F.
In the meantime, slice apples in half and chop fennel bulbs into quarters. Brush each piece with olive oil. Grill cut side down over medium heat until grill marks appear, about 8-10 minutes.
