Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone & Caramel Sauce
Make this mouthwatering summer dessert for your next barbecue get-together! Here’s what you need:
- Coconut oil
- Mascarpone, available in our deli and the dairy section

Simply slice the peaches in half, remove the pit and brush the peach halves with melted coconut oil. Heat your grill to medium and grill the peaches cut side down for three minutes. Remove them from the heat, top them with mascarpone and drizzle with caramel sauce.
