Grilled Asian Salmon Kabobs
Salmon dinner is more fun when it’s on a stick! Plus, this family-pleasing meal is ready in less than half an hour.
Start by heating your grill to medium-high. While it’s heating, soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes so they don’t burn on the grill.
Slice the salmon into chunks and place it on a skewer, along with red peppers, zucchini, pineapple and red onion. Brush with Lunds & Byerlys Asian Teriyaki Grilling Sauce.
Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce one more time, until salmon is cooked through.
