Grilled Angel Food Cake

Take strawberry shortcake up a notch … on the grill!

Heat your grill to medium; slice Our Bakery Small Angel Food Cake and brush both sides of each slice with melted butter or lightly coat with grill spray.

Grill over indirect heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or grill over low direct heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until browned. Watch carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn, especially over direct heat.

Top with whipped cream and berries. Enjoy!
