The cheese that everyone loves
This award-winning Dutch cheese is considered to be one of the world’s best. Historically, it was made only once a year to celebrate the Flax Harvest. The recipe was rediscovered in 2004 and is now made year round. It’s creamy, sweet and pairs nicely with beers and white wines.
