When it came to making a great-tasting pizza, we knew we had to keep it simple, using high quality, fresh and flavor-filled ingredients. We taste-tested over ten different kinds of pepperoni before we found the perfect one. We asked our customers which kind of pizza crust they preferred and ended up testing over two dozen crusts before finding one with the perfect marriage of light, fluffy and crisp.
All of our take & bake pizzas are topped with Wisconsin-made cheeses such as mozzarella, blue cheese, smoked Gouda & provolone, Asiago, Romano and of course, Parmesan.
