Fresh Broccoli Salad


12 1/2 cup servings


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1 pound green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup almonds, toasted


  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sugar, vinegar and raisins together.
  2. Add dressing to broccoli, grapes, onion, and celery. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle with toasted almonds.
