Fresh Broccoli Salad
Servings:*12 1/2 cup servings
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups fresh broccoli
- 1 pound green grapes, halved
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sugar, vinegar and raisins together.
- Add dressing to broccoli, grapes, onion, and celery. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with toasted almonds.
