Easy Peach Tart
This impressive dessert takes only a few ingredients and is so simple to make!
Begin by heating your oven to 400 F. Meanwhile, bring a sheet of puff pastry to room temperature. Gently unfold or roll out the dough and, using a sharp knife, score it about 1 inch from the edge, making a rectangle all the way around. Inside the rectangle, pierce the dough every ½ inch or so to prevent bubbles.
Slice 4 peaches. Layer the peach slices on top of the pierced dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Chop 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and distribute evenly over the peaches. Brush the visible dough with one beaten egg. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
