Easy Chocolate Dipped Pineapple
For a special after-dinner treat that’s sweet, refreshing
and not too heavy, try chocolate-dipped pineapple!
First, cut a pineapple into chunks (or buy it pre-cut in
our produce department) and pat it dry.
Melt dark or semi-sweet baking chocolate in a double boiler
or in a bowl in the microwave until completely melted. Dip each pineapple chunk
into the chocolate and set on a baking sheet covered with waxed paper.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a few minutes to
set the chocolate (the fridge will work, too – it just takes longer) and serve!
