create artisan poultry products convenient for busy families, choosing to make
frozen foods so they wouldn’t have to use any preservatives or fillers.
When it comes to making their products, Hip Chick Farms
manages the entire process from beginning to end. All of their poultry products
are made with humanely certified, free-range natural and organic chicken that
is raised without antibiotics or added hormones. They source their chicken from
a family farm, where all of the chickens are fed a high-quality vegetable diet
and grow naturally with plenty of room to roam.
Each batch is made fresh, in small artisan batches, then
immediately flash frozen to preserve taste and texture. In the words of Jen,
