DIY Gyro Bar

- 1 package L&B Gyro Meat, (available in the deli)
- Pita bread
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Crumbled feta
- Lettuce, shredded
- Red onion, sliced
- Hummus
- Homemade Tzatziki-Inspired Sauce
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Grated cucumber, excess liquid squeezed out
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Heat oven to 425 F. Add gyro meat to a baking sheet and place in the oven to heat through, about 5-10 minutes. Add pita bread to a baking sheet and place in the oven to warm, about 5 minutes.

To make the Tzatziki-inspired sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

To assemble the gyros, start with a warm pita, add gyro meat and the toppings of your choice. Ideas include hummus, sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crumbled feta and the homemade Tzatziki-inspired sauce.
