Basil Minted Melon & MontAmoré Salad
- 5 oz organic baby arugula
- 4 cups (1-2 ripe cantaloupes), cut into bite size
- 2 cups sugar snap peas, cut diagonally
- 2 cups fresh organic blueberries
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 cups raw walnut pieces
- 1 ½ cups grated Sartori
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Blueberry Basil Organic Salad
- 8 little 12 oz terra cotta flower pots, washed and
dried, along with matching saucers, or a large salad platter for buffet serving
