Crunchy Snack Combo
- 1 (16 ounce) package wheat chex
- 2 (95 ounce) cans cashew halves
- 2 (6 ounce) packages wide style chow mein noodles
- 1 (15 ounce) package tiny pretzel twists
- 1 (6 ounce) package Parmesan flavored goldfish crackers
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
A Do-Ahead Large amount for hungry eaters.
- Combine first 5 ingrdients in 12-quart roaster. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; quickly pour over cereal mixture. Toss gently to coat evenly. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 250 F oven 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Cool in roaster. Store in airtight container up to one week.
