These sweet, crunchy cornbread mini-bites are delicious on a hot bowl of chili – or eaten by the handful!
To make them, heat your oven to 350 F and cut Our Bakery Mini Cornbread Loaves into ½”– 1” cubes. Gently toss the cubes with a little olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
