- 1 inch boneless fully-cooked ham, sliced 1/4thick, tied, 5-14 pound
- 1 can beer, 12 ounce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Beer basted...allow 1/4 pound per serving.
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Reserve 1/4 cup beer; pour remaining beer over ham. Roast in a 325 F oven, following timetable (below); basting frequently with beer.
- Apporximately 45 minutes before ham is done, combine remaining beer, brown sugar and mustard. Brush 1/2 of glaze over ham. Continue roasting, brushing with remaining glaze. To Serve: Cut slices in half or into thirds. Serve with sauce from roasting pan.
