Nourish Superfood Smoothie

Made with delicious, good-for-you superfoods, this vibrant smoothie is a great way to start any day. Tip: For optimal flavor and nourishment, drink this smoothie as soon as it’s prepared.

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 5 minutes

1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon raw virgin coconut oil
½ organic apple
1 kiwi, peeled
½ cup baby kale leaves
¼ cup parsley leaves
¼ cucumber, peeled and diced (about ½ cup)
3 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed above.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
