Chili Stuffed Cornbread
Nothing goes together better than a hearty bowl of chili and sweet, delicious cornbread. This fun recipe idea, created by FoodE Expert Amy Goetz from our Woodbury store, takes this classic combo to a whole new level.
Pick up a package of L&B Mini Corn Bread Loaves in our bakery. Place unwrapped cornbread on a baking sheet and scoop out the middle of each loaf (save the scraps for munching on later). Add cooked L&B chili to your cornbread “bowls,” top with your favorite shredded cheese and broil for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Serve with additional toppings, if desired.
