CHEF CHARLIE TROTTER TO MAKE EXCLUSIVE APPEARANCE AT BYERLY’S IN ST. LOUIS PARK
|Charlie Trotter, an award-winning chef, cookbook author, PBS cooking series host and owner of nationally acclaimed Charlie Trotter’s restaurant in Chicago, will sign copies of his cookbooks on June 16 from noon to 1 p.m. at Byerly’s in St. Louis Park, 3777 Park Center Boulevard. Four of his books – Spa Cuisine, Cooks at Home, The Cooks Book and Workin’ More Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter – will be available for purchase at the store.Prior to the book signing, Chef Trotter will teach an EveryDay Expertise cooking class from 11 to 11:30 a.m. at Byerly’s in St. Louis Park.
