- Manchego cheese
Manchego, Spain’s most famous cheese, is named after the
sheep in Spain that produced the milk from which this cheese was originally
made. Its buttery flavor is the perfect complement to fresh berries and pungent
fresh basil. Delicious served on slices of baguette (don’t miss our “Warm

Spanish red wine.
