Appetizer idea: Caprese garlic bread
There’s nothing quite like the traditional caprese salad
combo of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. And we’ve taken it to the next level
and turned it into garlic bread! Here’s what you need:
Just slice up some Lunds & Byerlys Artisan Ciabatta and
top with butter, minced garlic, mozzarella and slices of tomato. Bake for 12-15
minutes at 400 F, until browned. Add fresh basil, balsamic glaze and salt and
pepper to taste.
Serve with an Italian red wine.
