Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Start your day on a healthy note with this easy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl.

To make it, simply blend the following ingredients together:

  • Fresh blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • Squeeze of honey

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. We used chia seeds, walnuts
and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
