Blood Orange Sorbet Mimosa
- 1 cup L&B Blood Orange Sorbet
- 1 750ml bottle Piazza Grande Spumante Rosato Brut Sparkling Wine
- Blood orange slices, for garnish
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Place the sorbet on the counter for 10 minutes to allow it to soften.
Put 3 tablespoons of blood orange sorbet in a champagne flute or wine glass and top with 5 ounces of sparkling wine.
Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
Repeat with the remaining cocktails. Enjoy!
