Berkwood Farms is a coalition of independent family farmers and each raises their animals in a healthy, humane and environmentally friendly manner. This family-owned company, located in Des Moines, Iowa, raises pigs that are free of hormones and antibiotics. Their Berkshire pork is also gluten-free.
