Inspired by Minneapolis’s own Birchwood Café, this flavorful avocado toast is topped with crunchy radishes, fresh microgreens and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

2 slices L&B Minnesota Nice Artisan Bread
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pinch of salt
1 radish, thinly sliced (a mandoline works well)
Small bunch microgreens or watercress
Red pepper flakes
- Toast bread in a toaster, toaster oven or in a skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter.
- Smash avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Assemble toast: Spread avocado mixture on the toast; top with radish slices and microgreens. Garnish with red pepper flakes and another squeeze of lime juice to serve.
