Appetizer idea: Totchos
What do you get
when you make nachos with tater tots? Totchos, of course! They’re simple to
throw together and they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Here’s how to make ‘em:
First, bake the
tater tots according to package directions. Take them out of the oven and top
with shredded cheese, chopped red pepper, black beans and bacon; top with more
cheese. Stick the tots back in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes. Top
with sour cream, sliced green onions and guacamole.
