Appetizer idea: Sweet
Potato, Sausage & Avocado Bites

These
little appetizer bites are so satisfying! To make them, start by heating your
oven to 400 F. Peel a sweet potato and slice it into ¼-inch thick rounds. Place
on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for
10-12 minutes, or until tender.

Meanwhile,
cut Lunds & Byerlys Smoked Bacon & Apple Chicken Sausage into slices
and lightly brown in a skillet. When the sweet potatoes are done, remove them
from the oven and top each one with a sausage round and a slice of avocado.
Top with fresh ground black pepper.
