Appetizer idea: Potato Hash Skillet Dip

Want a hearty appetizer for your next happy hour gathering? Whip up this quick potato hash!

Start by dicing one white onion and one green pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then add onions and peppers and cook for 10 minutes.

Add 1 pound of ground beef; cook until browned. Remove mixture from pan and set aside.

Add 2 more tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Once hot, add Simply Potatoes Hash Browns. Press down on them lightly. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Drizzle with 1 more tablespoon of oil and flip. Cook another 6-8 minutes. Add beef and veggies back to the pan and mix together.

Serve with corn chips and Lunds & Byerlys Pico de Gallo. Pairs well with Ballast Point Calico Amber Ale.
