Appetizer idea: Open-faced sandwiches
Having some friends over for a few beers? Serve these open-faced sandwiches and your happy hour will be even happier!
Start with a slice of our sourdough bread and top it with the following ingredients:
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- Cheddar cheese
- Raspberry jam
- Sliced jalapeños
Broil for five minutes, until cheese is bubbly. Serve open-faced with Odell Brewing 90 Shilling Ale.
