Appetizer idea: Loaded Baked Potato Rounds

These bite-size
appetizers have all the flavor of a loaded baked potato!

Start by heating
your oven to 400 F. While it’s heating up, slice 5-6 red potatoes into thin
slices. Lay them flat on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 30
minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove them from
the oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 5
minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with crumbled baked
bacon
, sour cream and chives.

Pairs
well with Founders Brewing All Day IPA.
