Appetizer idea: Hawaiian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Ham and pineapple turn regular grilled cheese sandwiches into a tropical treat. A great way to use up ham leftovers!
First, butter the bread of your choice. We used our Artisan Sourdough Bread. After your bread is prepped, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add one slice of the bread to the pan, butter side down, and layer it
with shredded Gruyère, ham and thin slices of pineapple. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and flip, cooking until the other side is golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice in half and serve with Kona Brewing Pale Ale.
