Appetizer idea: Crostini with
Avocado, Corn & Cotija

It’s
avocado toast with a delicious summer twist! Remove the husks from corn and
grill over direct heat, turning occasionally, until tender and charred (around
8-10 minutes). Slice corn kernels off the cob.

Slice your
favorite bread, brush with olive oil and grill over indirect heat for 3-5
minutes. Meanwhile, smash a couple of avocados with fresh lime juice, salt and
pepper.

Top the
toasty grilled bread with avocado, corn and cotija
or goat cheese crumbles. Serve with Excelsior Brewing XLCR.
