Appetizer idea: Brie & Pepper Jelly Triangles

This appetizer looks
and tastes fancy … but it’s so easy to make!

Start by heating the
oven to 375 F. Roll out a sheet of thawed puff pastry and cut it into 8
squares. Place a chunk of Brie and a dollop of Lunds & Byerlys Pepper Jelly
on each square. Fold the pastry over to make a triangle and seal the edges shut
with your fingertips. Brush with egg wash (one egg mixed with a tablespoon or
two of water); bake for 12-15 minutes.

Pairs well with Pinot
Noir.
