Appetizer idea: Blueberry & Goat Cheese Flatbread
This rustic appetizer pairs sweet blueberries with creamy cheese and fresh thyme – a wonderful trio of flavors!
Start by heating your oven to 375 F. Top your favorite flatbread (we used naan) with goat cheese, a handful of blueberries and chopped Marcona almonds. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Once out of the oven, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Serve with a glass of Sauvignon
