Appetizer idea: BBQ Turkey Nachos
Nachos are a terrific appetizer on their own – but we decided to take it up a notch. Our secret ingredient? Lunds & Byerlys Bar-B-Q Sauce! It adds just the right amount of tangy sweetness and turns regular nachos into the talk of the party.
Start by heating your oven to 375 F. While it’s heating, shred some rotisserie turkey from our deli and mix it with a Lunds & Byerlys Bar-B-Q Sauce of your choice.
On a foil-lined pan, layer tortilla chips, shredded jack cheese, turkey and thinly sliced red onions. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
Pairs well with Ballast Point Longfin Lager.
