idea: Balsamic Beet Bruschetta

To make this delicious appetizer, start by heating
your oven to 400 F.

Peel and slice beets, then toss with balsamic vinegar
and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and roast for 30-35

Slice one of our artisan
and brush each slice with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until
lightly toasted and crispy.

Top each slice with goat cheese and a balsamic beet
slice; top with arugula. Serve with a glass of rosé.
